Check-in: After 15:00

Check-Out: Before 11:00

Carry Govt. approved ID with address. All guests visiting must provide valid ID for verification to receive check-in instructions.

Security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in and refunded within 14 working days after check-out.

Cancellation policy

For bookings made more than 7 days before arrival, guests have a 24-hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund.

After the 24-hour period, 50% of the booking value is refundable up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
